We would like to extend an invitation for you to participate in a little competition. We would like you to describe the sound of Antique Seeking Nuns in twenty or less flowery, descriptive and sumptuous words. The winner will receive a free poster and copy of the new Nuns EP Careful! It’s Tepid. The winning quote will also be used in the advertising of the new record.

Please send your entries to info@tfsrecords.co.uk. We will acknowledge each entry by e-mail and announce the winner on June the 1st. Get those creative words a-flowing and good luck!

Sanguine Hum will be playing it’s first “official” gig at the Wheatsheaf in Oxford on Saturday 25th April. For those of you who may still be asking “who are Sanguine Hum?”, well…it’s the melding together of the projects Joff Winks Band and Antique Seeking Nuns under one banner after a brief hiatus during which Joff Winks and Matt Baber released the first ambient/dark-electronica album by Nunbient on the Burning Shed label . The band consists of the same line up as the Nuns/JWB and thus Sanguine Hum will be playing a variety of material from all of the past releases, in particular, the final Antique Seeking Nuns EP Careful! It’s Tepid (due for release very soon), as well as previewing some of the new material that will make up the debut Sanguine Hum album.

We hope to see you there!
